Every year, EHT Paul Dubrule welcomes around 300 students from across Cambodia, and by choosing to support disadvantaged youth in Cambodia, you help cover training costs that many families simply cannot afford on their own. More than 40% of our students receive a full scholarship each year, and the rest receive a partial scholarship based on their financial needs. This support means a lack of funds never has to stand between a motivated student and a career in hospitality and tourism.
We welcome candidates referred by our network of 50+ local NGO partners, such as PSE, Enfants du Mékong, and Happy Chandara, ensuring that support reaches those with the highest potential and the fewest resources. We are also committed to social inclusivity, actively recruiting students with disabilities and promoting gender equality, with women representing around 70% of our students.
- Training essentials: Providing the specific tools (tablets, uniforms, kits) that students need to start their training on equal footing with their peers.
- Stability: Covering meals and housing allowances (if needed) so students can focus fully on their training without worrying about basic survival.

Future Ready!: Building pathways towards a brighter future
Over eight months, 140 students from seven public high schools will benefit from additional classes designed to strengthen their academic, linguistic and technical skills. 70% of participants are young women, supporting equal access to education and future employment opportunities.
The project also supports teachers through pedagogical training, regular follow-up and specialised resources. Students who wish to continue their studies at EHT Paul Dubrule after graduating from high school will be offered full scholarships. In the 2027 academic year, 40 students are expected to join EHT, creating a direct pathway to professional training and future employment opportunities.
Women Empowerment Forum 2025: Promoting equality and leadership
On 30 October 2025, EHT Paul Dubrule hosted the Women Empowerment Forum 2025 in Siem Reap, in partnership with the Ministry of Women’s Affairs of Cambodia. The Forum brought together more than 600 participants from government institutions, the private sector, NGOs and academia, with representatives from numerous ministries contributing to the discussions. It provided a platform for dialogue on gender equality, women’s leadership and professional opportunities.
The programme featured three sessions addressing gender stereotypes and equality, women in business, and women in sustainability, with nine distinguished speakers and panelists sharing their experiences and perspectives.
Through support for the organisation of the event, funding helped bring together diverse stakeholders and create a space for knowledge-sharing, networking and collaboration. The Forum reflects EHT Paul Dubrule’s broader commitment to inclusivity and professional development, particularly for women, while strengthening partnerships that contribute to a more equitable and sustainable future for Cambodia.
Village International de la Gastronomie: Showcasing Cambodian excellence in Paris
EHT co-organised the official Cambodian booth alongside the Embassy, bringing its Executive Chef, Director and six Cambodian students completing internships in France to welcome visitors, support the booth and lead live cooking demonstrations. Students presented Khmer cuisine and culinary techniques in French, gaining valuable international professional experience.
The event welcomed more than 40,000 visitors, including culinary enthusiasts, hospitality professionals and international partners. It also created opportunities to strengthen relationships with educational institutions, hospitality leaders and potential donors, while increasing the visibility of Cambodia’s young hospitality professionals and EHT’s contribution to vocational excellence.
