The excellence of hotel management

From the first reservation to the final checkout, the Gestion hôtelière program trains students to manage the complete guest cycle with precision and professionalism. Our curriculum extends beyond basic operational tasks to include advanced Front Office management, guest relations strategy, et service excellence.

All training is delivered according to rigorous LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards, ensuring global recognition and alignment with the practices of top luxury hotel chains. The program focuses on developing versatile managers capable of delivering exceptional guest experiences in hotels, resorts, and tourism enterprises. By mastering both technical procedures and essential soft skills, graduates are prepared to excel in dynamic, multicultural environments within the world’s most prestigious hospitality establishments.

Program overview

Led by experienced industry educators, this program combines competency-based theory with intensive practical application to prepare students for high-quality hotel operations. The training structure follows a split with 40% theory at school and 60% dedicated to practice and internship, ensuring students master concepts before applying them in real-world scenarios. A strong emphasis is placed on English language proficiency, ensuring students develop the confidence and fluency required to communicate effectively with international guests and colleagues. The curriculum strictly adheres to international LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards and integrates immersive learning through role plays, simulations, et real-world scenarios. Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes professional grooming, etiquette, and problem-solving. This comprehensive approach ensures students master both operational protocols and the communication excellence expected by global luxury brands from day one.

Key Pedagogical Pillars

Real-World Simulation

Practice in our fully equipped Hotel Lobby and Guest Room facilities. Experience the pressure of real check-ins, concierge services, and room inspections through immersive role plays and operational simulations.

Luxury Standards Focus

Master the rigorous LQA standards used by the world's top hotel chains including Accor, Raffles, and Rosewood to deliver flawless guest experiences.

Seamless Internship Integration

The extended internship is the culmination of the training at EHT Paul Dubrule. We partner with premium establishments to place students in roles that match their new skills and career ambitions.

Our professional facilities

A cornerstone of the program is access to specialized training facilities that mirror real hotel environments. Students spend significant time in our professional hotel lobby, practicing reception procedures, check-in and check-out processes, telephone communication, and concierge services using professional software. This realistic setting allows for the rehearsal of complex guest interactions and conflict resolution in a controlled environment.

Complementing the lobby is our training guest room, where students master room inspection protocols, amenities setup, and coordination with housekeeping teams. The emphasis is placed on quality control, standards enforcement, and inter-departmental communication rather than cleaning tasks alone. These hands-on sessions enable students to rotate through diverse management roles and build the versatility required for leadership positions in international hotels.
