Training lobby & front office

Hospitality Management

Travel Agencies-Operations Management

A fully-equipped reception lobby gives students the chance to practice front office operations exactly as they would in a real hotel. Students take turns behind the desk, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and greeting guests with the professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. This hands-on experience helps students build the confidence and customer service instincts they’ll rely on throughout their careers, whether at the front desk of a hotel or in any guest-facing role.

Hospitality Management

At our hospitality school, four fully-equipped training hotel rooms let students step out of the classroom and into real hotel conditions. Each room is designed to reflect the standards of a different hotel brand – Mercure, Novotel, Harris and MGallery – giving students a feel for the variety they’ll encounter once they enter the industry. Practicing room setup, guest service and housekeeping in this real-life environment helps students bridge the gap between theory and hands-on training, preparing them with confidence for careers in the hotel industry.

Le Jardin des Délices:
our training restaurant

Le Jardin des Délices is EHT Paul Dubrule’s training restaurant, set in a tropical garden where every dish is prepared and served by our students under close guidance of their teachers. Cookery students prepare the dishes, Pastry & Bakery students handle the bread and desserts, while the Food & Beverage students take care of full table service, cocktails and barista work. A select group of Food & Beverage students also train as sommeliers, guiding guests through wine pairings to complement their meal. It gives students hands-on training in a restaurant setting, letting them practice their skills on real customers in a professional yet supportive environment. The set menu changes every fortnight, offering two options each for starter, main and dessert. Guests can look forward to a mix of Western and Asian dishes, all prepared and served by the students learning the craft.

Open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday | 12 pm – 2 pm (except during holidays and students’ internship period)

Student life:

our Eco-Campus & Student Club

Life at EHT Paul Dubrule extends well beyond the classroom, with students taking an active role in campus life through our Eco-Campus and Student Club.

EHT Paul Dubrule ecocampus

Eco-Campus

EHT is the first educational institution in Asia and the first TVET school worldwide to receive the Green Flag certification from the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). Our Eco Campus is entirely student-led, with students designing and running sustainability initiatives themselves rather than simply following rules set by others. Here, sustainability is treated as a core professional skill, not an afterthought, preparing students to lead responsibly in an industry where environmental practices increasingly shape hiring decisions.

Student club

Our site brings together classrooms, a training restaurant, training hotel rooms, and a lobby & front office where students practice real check-in and guest service scenarios, all designed to recreate real hospitality environments so learning always stays connected to practice. Campus life extends beyond the classroom too, with our Eco Campus, our Destination Eco Talents Center, and our student club building both technical skills and a genuine sense of community among students, alongside the events we host regularly at our school.

The Destination Eco-Talents (DET) Center:

an Eco Hub in Siem Reap

The Destination Eco-Talents (DET) Center was launched in partnership with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), extending EHT’s commitment to sustainability beyond our own campus and into the wider Siem Reap community.

This project is structured around three main areas of action: a resource center, education and the community. The resource center acts as an information point for sustainable tourism, offering practical tools, tips and guidance to travelers, businesses and fellow tourism professionals looking to adopt greener practices. On the education side, the project takes sustainability beyond EHT’s own students, reaching thousands of young people through courses in local high schools and TVET institutions, as well as lectures in universities. Businesses benefit too, with  train-the-trainer programs offering sustainability training to educators, industry professionals, and community leaders. This combination of courses, lectures and train-the-trainer programs helps young people and industry professionals access real employment opportunities in sustainable tourism. Finally, the community pillar brings people together through regular events, from networking nights and conferences to workshops on sustainable tourism, creating exchanges between tourism industry stakeholders and local organizations.

Through the DET Center, we contribute to a wider movement toward responsible tourism, helping Siem Reap grow into a more sustainable destination.
