The excellence of service

From initial itinerary planning to final tour execution, the Travel Agencies Operations Management program trains students to design, coordinate, and sell exceptional travel experiences. This curriculum goes beyond basic booking procedures to include advanced destination management, logistics coordination, and sustainable tourism practices.

All training is delivered according to rigorous LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards for customer service, ensuring global recognition and alignment with the practices of top tour operators and travel agencies. A strong emphasis is placed on English language proficiency, enabling students to communicate confidently with international clients and suppliers. By mastering both technical reservation systems and creative product development, graduates are prepared to excel in dynamic environments within the world’s most prestigious tourism enterprises.

Program overview

Led by experienced industry experts, this program combines competency-based theory with intensive practical application to prepare students for high-quality travel operations. The training structure follows a 40% theory and 60% practical split, ensuring students immediately apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios through case studies, role plays, and simulation projects. The curriculum strictly adheres to international service and safety standards and integrates hands-on learning through Familiarization (FAM) tours, industry site visits, and guest speaker sessions. This collaborative approach ensures students master current market trends, from digital reservation systems to sustainable tour design, from day one.

Key Pedagogical Pillars

Real-World Simulation

Practice in our computer laboratory with industry-standard reservation systems and tour planning software. Experience the pressure of real booking scenarios by designing itineraries and managing logistics for virtual and actual clients.

Luxury Standards Focus

Master the rigorous LQA standards used by global travel brands. Learn professional communication, etiquette, and service recovery techniques aligned with international luxury expectations, with a specific focus on English fluency.

Seamless Internship Integration

The extended internship is the culmination of the training at EHT Paul Dubrule. We partner with premium establishments to place students in roles that match their new skills and career ambitions.

Our professional facilities

A cornerstone of the program is access to specialized facilities that mirror real industry environments. Students spend significant time in our computer laboratory, mastering reservation systems, itinerary costing, and digital communication using professional software. This technical hub serves as the primary workspace for simulating complex booking scenarios and managing supplier coordination.

Complementing the labs is our professional hotel lobby, the same professional facility used by hospitality students. Here, travel students practice face to face client interactions, concierge services, and pitching tour products in a realistic luxury setting. The emphasis is placed on efficiency, accuracy, and customer centric communication. These hands-on sessions enable students to rotate through diverse operational roles such as travel consultant and tour coordinator, building the versatility required for leadership positions. Beyond daily simulations, students participate in FAM tours and field trips to connect classroom learning with destination realities.
