OUR MISSION | Our mission is twofold. Foremost, we strive to give young Cambodians excellent training and stringent qualifications necessary to contribute towards sustainable tourism in Cambodia. Secondly, since the beginning of the project, a firm commitment has been made to handing the school over to the Cambodian authorities in the medium term. Our partners have all agreed that the developmental stages will be dedicated to identifying and training Cambodian staff who will go on to successfully assume key managerial and instructional positions, once the school has reached a satisfactory level of sustainability. In order to succeed, the project leader, Formation et Progrès is working with several partners, each of whom contribute their specific expertise.
HIGH STANDARD FACILITIES | The Ecole d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule campus is composed of three buildings with over 2000 square meters which include full professional kitchens, a hotel and restaurants open to the public, seminar & catering services, eight classrooms, conference rooms and a full library. The school has its own training hotel and restaurants which welcomes guests and allows students to acquire real-life experience under the watchful eyes of experienced teachers. Located 4 km from the heart of Siem Reap, our installation comprises of: a professional pedagogical kitchen, a professional pedagogical pastry workshop, a professional pedagogical bakery, two restaurants open to the public, a fully equipped front & back office, training rooms, classrooms, a computer room, a library containing more than 1,000 books and Internet access, a conference room, student and staff restaurant, and a cutting-edge digital language laboratory offering students the benefit of the most up-to-date foreign language training available in Siem Reap.
